        Public Commercial leases data are collected by the watchdog and gives them to County Assessors for tax appeals on income approach to use AGAINST the taxpayers. But one has to sign a confidentiality agreement before County will provide them. County appraiser will cherry pick the best ones that supports the assessment. Not in best interest of the public but the Tax Commission.

        Dishonest people. They organized a signature-gathering campaign in bountiful to try and stop our local fiber internet line from being installed, and gave vague details about the purpose of the signature-gathering. Bountiful residents had approved it, and they tried to get in the way by getting signatures under false pretenses.
