A lot of variety for vegans, so many delicious options. Yummy food! Service is okay, atmosphere is meh.

We have literally been going to this restaurant for decades. We dont live in the state anymore but when we come to visit we make at least one stop here. It has been a must. This time was unfortunately not so great. We have had issues with customer service in the past but for many years that was no longer a problem. This time our server was very unaccommodating. I have ALWAYS been able to swap mushrooms for broccoli with no problems, another person in my party has always been able to swap one chicken dish for another when ordering his favorite combo meal, but this waiter either refused the swap or offered it with a price hike?? Extra for broccoli instead of mushrooms. Huh? When the check came I saw that he had added a set tip amount to the checkfor a party of five. Again, huh?? I was a server for several years and I have NEVER heard of this for a table this small. Well probably be back for another chance because the owner has been so good to us but I really would hate to get this same waiter again!!!

Normally I have a good experience here but last night I ordered take out and my son got the spicy noodle soup and when he took a bite there was a metal shaving in it. Luckily he did not swallow. I also ordered the vegetarian tempura combo and the pot stickers were pork. This experience put a bad taste in my mouth which is too bad cause I love this place.
