        They close the lobby and block off tables using tables. The lights were turned off while I was waiting. They close at 9. This happened at 7:40. They rush you out and are not the friendliest people.

        The lady at the drive through that works weekdays should be given a different position, she was very rude while I was getting my food. Its like she expects a tip after every stop I make to this place. I would if she was more of a nice person.

        Alec really helped me pick out subs for 10 people with different dietary needs. Him and the staff were very friendly.

        Customer service lacks. Either their curbside feature in their app is busted or they dont pay attention to it. Having to get out of the car with a broken leg was not ideal picked this place in part because I thought theyd do curbside. Food is what youd expect.

      We are so sorry about this Miguel! We want to assure you that the management of this location has already identified and redirected the shift lead from the night you came in so that they know that this is unacceptable. The lobby should be fully lit and accessible for customers for the entirety of the time that we're open and we apologize that this was not the case when you came in! We also hate hearing that our staff treated you unkindly, there is no excuse for that and we don't tolerate that kind of behavior towards customers either. Thank you so much for letting us know about this so we can put an immediate stop to it! We hope you will give us another chance sometime so we can do a proper job of proving that we appreciate you!

      Gosh, that's FAR from ideal Dan, we are so sorry! We'll be keeping an eye on the team and the tickets printing to make sure we're never missing check-in receipts!
