There are seemingly 100's of real estate agents to choose from these days. Everyone thinks they "have the best agent" or knows of a really good one...but in all honesty, choosing an agent is an entirely personal decision of who will work best for your situation when selling your house. We chose Heather because she is an intelligent, down to earth, friendly, detail oriented agent that we knew despite being her first time representing us, would do a fantastic job in the sale of our home. We have had many agents in the past, all of whom we could've used, but we chose Heather due to her professionalism and motivation from day one and never looked back. We were very impressed with how easy it was to communicate our needs to her and her skilled ability to actually listen and address them immediately. Her attention to detail on the staging of our house and the photography is unparalleled to anyone in the industry. So much work and dedication was put in by Heather on the days leading up to and including the day the photographer and videographer from Sotheby's amazing in house team came. And as a result the listing pictures turned out beyond any expectation we ever had! Trust me, you will not find a better team! Heather's incredibly advanced negotiation skills are also hard to find these days. Her JD days trained her well to know how to navigate multiple offers and situations from the moment our listing went live. Because of this we were able to get everything we as the sellers wanted when we sold our house with little to no concessions on our end. I cannot recommend Heather M. Sneddon highly enough!
