Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

Was glad to see another coffee shop fill the void from the previous occupant. The place has blah vibes. Employees seem listless. As for the drink: my mocha seemed to have a chemical taste (I didn't become ill), wanted to throw it away. Chocolate muffin tasted like it was a week or two old - not only that, but the few pastries they do have are wrapped cold in plastic wrap, and are inexcusably gross when unwrapped, with a disgusting, moist oily layer on top for the customer to look upon. Music - if bothered to be switched on - comes seemingly from behind the counter aimed away from the shop. B&B typically makes a decent grilled cheese sandwich (at their other locations)... I won't be coming back here to have one for the aforementioned reasons. Shame.

Just came up to this coffee shop for a quick drink. The cashier girl who attended us had a really bad attitude the moment we got there. When I was asked what I wanted I told her a cappuccino. Which she made me repeat myself four times before she placed my order. When I asked to see the sizes of the cups, she gave me a sassy attitude which I found very disrespectful. The coffee was very bitter and the cinnamon roll was stale. The whole experience was very unpleasant

Look, if you dont want to work in hospitality, then dont. The window girl isnt friendly. Food is priced far too expensive for what you get. I ordered the turkey, avocado, and Swiss. The avocado wasnt fresh and had a pungent taste and smell to it. Obviously it was cooked in the panini maker; being squished. We took a bite and realized the ingredients werent fresh. Had to throw is out. I see why this location has low reviews. Beans and Brew locations are definitely not equal around the city. Weve been to far better locations, and are very disappointed in this one.

Went to get a coffee and the lady at the drive-thru didn't even give me a receipt and she was very rude.

As always The Baristas are awesome. They listen make sure the order is correct and always help out to substitute if something isnt available. I just stopped at 1868 S 300 W Suite A in Salt Lake and Madi took my order. She was very calm when she answered the drive through. She let me place my order before repeating it back to me and did not cut me off or sound impatient like most places!!! Good job Madi for the great work Keep it up! The gentleman Asher that was working with her that took my payment was also very nice. He made sure the order was correct by repeating it back to me and then politely told me my Total. I come to Beans and Brews for this reason. They are always great.
