Shaun helped sell our house in the Glendale neighborhood of Salt Lake City in the winter of 2023/24. Even though mortgage rates were high and our house was unique (spacious, airy, updated but on the west side), it sold in just over two months, even with the holidays in the middle of it. That is in large part due to Shauns calm, capable and organized professionalism. He is a clear communicator, validated our emotions as well as gave us good practical and contextual information. He knew how to navigate the process and we were very comfortable working with him. He was the best part of selling our house!

I honestly cannot recommend Shaun enough. As a first time home buyer, I went into the process not understanding how much of it worked. Shaun was not only a great teacher but showed incredible patience and kindness while walking me through the ins and out of home buying. When describing all that he did for me to friends and family, I was consistently told that a typical realtor wouldnt do that. Shaun is not a typical realtor. He goes above and beyond and makes the entire process so incredibly easy. I have heard so many people talk about the stress of purchasing a home but I never felt that working with Shaun. He is knowledgeable not only about the Utah real estate market but also in construction and home care and taught me so much about what to expect as a new homeowner. Anyone buying or selling a home in Salt Lake needs to work with Shaun. I am looking forward to working with him again in the future when I want to upgrade my home.
