        Not open on Superbowl Sunday??? . Low-key pathetic when the app prompts Superbowl promos and corporate invests in Superbowl commercials. I'm so annoyed I think I try Jersey Mike's for awhile. I guess the franchise likes to ignore that most of Salt Lake is not Mormon.

        They prioritize online orders. If you go in, they wont start your sandwich until 10 min after you order

        Ordered online to pick up. Pickle was soggy paid extra to add bacon and didn't get any bacon on my sandwich. I love wasting money.

        EDIT: Due to Jimmy Johns corporate response Im fixing this review. Thank you for taking quick action on this issue. Just watched whoever drives the black jimmy johns truck hit her employees car and then walk back in like nothing happened. I had to inform the employee that his car was hit. Ridiculous!

      Love to hear it!! Thank you for the kind review Benee! It sounds like there might have been some confusion caused when the ordering process was taking place, but we wanted to make sure you know that the Vito comes with cheese automatically unless you specifically ask for it to be removed. It sounds like maybe our team could be a little better at communicating when taking orders so we'll make sure to work on that moving forward :)

      We're sorry to hear about your frustration Brenda! Unfortunately, we have no control over which ads are shown on the app for the stores in our franchise which can cause a miscommunication with customers that's not ideal. While our franchise's choice to be closed on Sundays isn't based on the belief that everyone in the area is religious, we do think that it's important to allow our employees, religious or not, to be able to have a day off to spend with loved ones. We know that it can be frustrating at times when you were hoping to order from us, but we appreciate that you thought of us at all when you wanted some sandwiches! We hope, next time an event comes up that doesn't fall on a Sunday, that you'll give us another chance, but we understand if you choose to go elsewhere.

      That's super disappointing, darn it! We're sorry about that Natalie! We promise we'll work closer with our team on the line to make sure they are being 100% accurate with the sandwiches being put together before wrapping them up. We don't want to be serving nasty pickles either so we'll take a look at those and make sure the batch is crisp. The last thing we want is for our customers to feel like they're wasting money so please let us know if there's something we can do to make this up to you!
