KSL, and by extension Deseret Digital Media (DDM) is an exceptionally shady company when it comes to certain business practices. I signed up for a business listing on the KSL Classifieds site, and as I wasn't getting desirable results I have decided to close my listing as I do not see value in the money being spent. However, you cannot turn off the listing online and you have to reach out to the company directly to turn it off. That's fine, whatever. However they will be incredibly slow in response, if they respond at all. I have experienced this same behavior from them 4-5 years back and I was hoping they had changed their business practices since then. I guess they have, as they are worse. I would recommend EXTREME CAUTION for anyone wanting to create a KSL Classifieds business listing, or to give them your cc number.
