Occasionally, there is a time lapse between the request and the time the changes are posted as you might expect with incremental updates. Overall, I am very pleased with his work.

      Hey Cary! We have not worked with you in months. You asked us to work on 2 websites for less than the price of one of our base SEO packages. We extended our services to your second sight and help consult you on multiple items. After we successfully helped you through your google issues and got you ranking you asked us to widen the scope of your reach. This was not apart of the original agreement. I apologize that is feels upsetting and or you feel like we did not hit the mark for you. It is also unfortunate you did not highlight any of the issues we did resolve for you that had been going on since you started your first website. Thank you for the feedback.
