Sleep Number

We wanted to work with the local branch so we could feel confident in getting the best deal and customer service. Instead, the store manager made a written commitment that he and the rest of Sleep Number refused to honor without us paying an additional fee. Extremely disappointing experience from a company claiming to be a more premium mattress brand.

Unfortunately the whole experience was less than stellar. The original agent who sold me the bed lied to me about the return policy and about sending out my pillow. A lady who claimed to be the store manager treated me with extreme disrespect calling me a liar and telling me they had fired the person who sold the bed to me. Then said there was nothing they could do no matter what i had been told. Sleeping on it was like sleeping on a cheap air matress. The only people who were kind were the delivery men and the customer service line. This bed is. Huge rip off and you will end up paying 500 dollars wether you like the bed or not for pick up and delivery. They won't do anything about it without "notes" which
