        Have an older model that has lost its controller. I sent pics of existing and found out no longer available, BUT ...they have a universal work around! Quick email with my options, costs, a link to order, and their help line. Ordered, arrived quickly, easily installed and now operational. Wish I lived closer to see their walk-in store, customer service is A+++

        This is service! I snapped a picture of my remote I washed and texted that to the company and they sent me a link to order a replacement. The delivery was super quick. I had my replacement in just days after ordering with instructions on how to reprogram my bed to my new remote. Im happy.
