I've been increasing my training for a triathlon in August and my neck and back pain has improved! Normally increased training causes increased pain. Seeing Janelle for Craniosacral therapy has not only improved my physical pain, but improved my overall well-being and sleep quality! Janell's CranioSacral Therapy is one appointment that I always look forward to! She cures my aching body and cures joints that are giving me pain. But along with the fixing she is able to tell me things that I can do to strengthen my weak muscles. She knows her stuff and I greatly appreciate her knowledge and willingness to help me! This is way better than a "traditional " massage. And she has become a great friend too!!
