Danielle is extremely empathetic and knowledgeable in her practice. She understands complex anatomy and was able to target exactly what my hip and lower back. In past experiences with other therapists, this had been a challenge due to my hyper mobility! Thanks a ton, Danielle!

I had a massive hip issue that made me be in much pain through every single steps. Luckily Danielle was able to take care of it in couple of seance. Once again, I m able to walk again with no pain. Thank you Danielle

Gyrotonics was very helpful. Instructors really know their stuff, especially in helping restore shoulders from rotator cuff surgeries.

Brenna is fantastic and the most skilled massage therapist/manual therapist I ever saw. She has been helping us with various issues (lymph drainage after surgeries, nerve issues, musculoskeletal..) for over a year, and it's been a huge help. Brenna is not 'just' loosening muscle cramps and tightness, but my entire body communicates better together after seeing her. The space is clean, welcoming, has a good air filter, and Focus Bodywork takes Covid-precautions very serious, so it felt safe to visit. Thank you!!!
