Cortiva Institute - Massage Therapy and Skin Care Schools

My daughter went here while she was pregnant with her first baby. When the baby was born he had heart problems and had to have open heart surgery. Needless to say she had a lot on her mind. Graduated, paid the $200.00 and when to take the state test and failed. She says a lot of what was on the test they never taught her. Studied and did flash cards and took the test two more times and still can't seem to pass the test. Red flag!!! Something is wrong when you waist close to $600.00 for testing plus school loans for nothing. That's a crappy school in my opinion!!

One of the worst schools. They are nice people but the admin sucks and they won't give me my transcripts. I wasted 8 months of my life here and have nothing to show for it. Unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest and rude. Admin here leaves much to be desired. Try healing Mountain instead.

The businesses receptionist calls us 20 MINUTES before our appointment is supposed to take place and tells us shes had to cancel it. We drove from West Jordan to SLC, a 20 minute drive, for this. At least call an hour before, my goodness.

Their new appointment system for getting massages on Sat and sun is absolutely ridiculous.

As a former student I loved the program and the instructors. I hope to return and finish my program when life permits it.
