Amazing company to work for, pay is fair for work, its in line with other delivery companies, the differences are, the DSP I work for truly cares for their employees, safety is and always has been their number 1 priority for their drivers. Amazon imo has treated us drivers very well, the warehouse employees are always helpful and very friendly. Not to mention the schedule is perfect, 4 day work week 10 hrs a day with 3 days off. Bonuses and driver incentive programs are above and beyond. The environment is relaxed. Ive been driving for roughly 18 months and I feel truly blessed to work for this company. Our management team and dispatchers are amazing Id put them up against any dsp and take them in a heartbeat.

I worked for fta in centennial colorado dispatch is rude and condescending in there text messages to the drivers they cant keep employees because they have very poor people skills if you asked them a question they never respond because they dont want too help the drivers or they respond with a very rude comment whenever I use to walk into dispatch they would all be playing on there phones or be on Instagram or Facebook turnover rate is over 150% and Im mainly referring to Brenda and Colby in Colorado
