        the problem with ontrac is that they do not hire drivers directly into the company. each driver has a different contract, think of it as a business partner. these people could care less about your boxes, at the end of the day, they're still being paid no matter what. ontrac needs to stop this and hire people through the company so rules and regulations can be applied. i used to work at ontrac and i can guarantee you.... it's definitely the drivers and corporate. they don't wanna pay actual drivers for this and prefer to work with outside people. the slc facility can only do so much. if you're angry, take it up to the corporate company because i guarantee you, getting mad the facility isn't gonna do anything.

        WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! They delivered my package and said I signed for it yet this is a business they delivered after hours and we have on our door DO NOT LEAVE ANY PACKAGES AT FRONT DOOR! Either they were too lazy to read the sign OR they delivered it to the wrong place. I tried to contact them and its impossible! I wish I could pick who delivers my packages. Now I am out $100. Thanks for nothing!

        the service is useless. They sent me my SHEIN package with this company and my package never arrived. and they do not deign to answer the reason for the return of my package. they don't work
