As an existing client it seems reasonable to expect your lawyer to respond to emails and return phone calls. Rand does neither. He completely ignores emails and says he will "call you back" but never does. With less than a month left before the deadline for my patent application I had to find a new lawyer. The only email Rand ever responded to in a timely manner was the one saying I was getting a different lawyer. He really seems like a decent guy, but completely checked out on me without saying a word.

I needed an attorneys input on some business trademark matters and Rand went above and beyond to help talk me through some ideas and processes. He knew I didnt actually need to retain him for my situation but that didnt stop him from spending quality time with me. I highly recommend him!
