Hi Jaelynn - Thanks for your support. Not exactly who you heard that free drying was available, but we do not offer that. It is important to know that our washers do extract (spin) water at a much higher rate than other laundromats, which means there is less water in your clothing once you go to use the dryers - which saves you money and time in the dryer.
