The Laundry Lounge

I used to like coming to this place at night where there is no one to bother you, but now it turned out to be a freak show, people are always asking for cigarettes, drugs, money, they go out of there way just to bug you and to make matters worse you have to bring your own laundry cart, too bad that they only give you a minimum of one star.

I like almost everything but you rent a washing machine and fill it half full with water and I wonder why they are big if they don't provide a good water capacity. I didn't put a lot of clothes and I had little water. And the washing system was very slow. My clothes are going to be dirty.

Love that it's 24 hours and not scary to be late at night. Also the huge washer and dryers make all my laundry done quickly

For the most part I like this place. They are open 24 hours a day What I don't like is they offer and make you pay for hot water in the small machines but there is NEVER hot water. The machines take their cars and if one malfunctions, like it did to me, and you already added your soap, you are short out of luck. You have to move your clothes and use more soap. I just happened to have extra pods in the truck otherwise I would have to buy their soap. A lady was there who said she worked there but had no keys or any way to reimburse me for my loss soap and fabric softener. She actually told me to wait 5 minutes cause it was having an Internet connection problem. I waited and when it still did not work, she told me to wait another 10 minutes. Hell no! My other washer would be done by that time. I go to the laundry matt to do multiple loads at one time, not one at a time If there was an Internet problem then why were other people able to wash and dry their clothes? Just be honest and say the machine is not working and offer something to me.
