Cynthia gitts called and harrassed my family member all morning, then upon my family member politely responding no thank you, she left a very scathing and angry message stating "you are only 26 so you are not experienced enough to do this yourself." And "it is very silly of you to ignore our calls." Unacceptable and unbelievably rude.

Courtney Jensen and Brittany stole my information from Health Markets, created a fake account and fake email then verified it with a fake phone number and changed my existing gold plan I have had with years under their new employer Compass Insurance. I now have the worst plan available and the highest deductibles with select health. I tried to change it back and was told i have to wait till open enrollment again. This last year has been a nightmare with deductibles and zero accountability. Health Markets did not protect my information.

I tried to get a quote online, and instead they sold my number and half way through the next day I've had 24 calls from other companies. At least one every half hour. Makes me wonder how much of my other information they sold. Don't trust them.

If you want a agent that responds to you without having to hound them don't use them. Our agent Ezekiel Hart doesn't respond well to calls or text. He says he'll check on things and get back to you. Again it's always you having to hound him to find out what's going on. I strongly recommend you finding another company to do business with. This is not the one!
