Lance was very professional. He called to let me know he was on his way and to give me his estimated time of arrival. He tested the shower and knew right away that the cartridge was clogged and needed to be replaced. He quoted me the price and proceeded with the repair after I agreed. The repair was completed in about forty minutes and hot water was restored to my shower. Lance has very good communication skills. Very pleased!

I returned home after being away for about six hours and my water heater went out, I have no idea how long the water was. I called Expert Services and told them my problem and she told me they could have a technician at my home in two hours and thats how long it was. Chase my technician was extremely professional, he evaluated the situation and gave me a quote on the job and started working right away. The job was completed in a timely manner and I was very happy with the finished product. I would recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Highly recommend Expert Services. David P was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything. I worked with multiple different companies for quotes. This is the only one I will call in the future.
