I read good reviews about Signia hearing aids. I submitted my information and got a callback from a very kind gentleman and got an immediate appointment. Paul at Edison Stanford received my hearing aids to fit to me and my hearing needs after on the spot testing. I have now completed my 3 appointments to slowly advance my aids to my full prescription. Paul has been very informative and helpful getting me up to speed on use and care. When I was having trouble with the left one being uncomfortable Paul was able to do on the spot assessment of my concern and took care of my issue sending me happily and quickly on my way. Highly recommend this product and Edison Stanford Intelligent Hearing.

Edison Stanford was amazing when I got my hearing aids. They were friendly, professional, and I could tell that they really genuinely care about me and wanting to help. The screening was very thorough and he walked me through everything making sure I understood everything. I am very glad I went to them. And happy that my hearing journey is with this incredible team! These guys are gentle miracle workers for removing stubborn ear wax. After two months of experiencing muffled hearing in my right ear and trying everything including going to my doctor who prescribed antibiotic ear drops and oral antibiotics, I had a feeling that I had ear wax jammed down my ear. So grateful I gave Edison a try. My left ear was also 80% filled with wax. The procedure was quick, inexpensive and expertly handled. I highly recommend Edison Stanley Intelligent Hearing! Again, I'm so grateful I can hear again!!

E. Paul Lloyd covered every aspect of my transition into hearing aids. I could count on him to answer my questions about firmware updates and the use of Bluetooth. I cannot imagine that I could have gotten any better service from anyone else. I can't say enough how happy I am with him being my audiologist.
