Fantastic customer service--the best ever! I had to change insurance plans due to no fault of my own outside the annual renewal window, and Altura made it happen in very short order. And they made sure I had no lapse in coverage, and had a new insurance card sent out in a matter of just days. I've done business with Altura for more than ten years, and they've never failed to exceed all expectations.
