Their salesman started out great, friendly and helpful. Gave us an estimate and asked if we could get it scheduled. We had one more company coming to give us an estimate. I asked how long the bid was good for and his whole demeanor changed. He turned on me so fast. Accused me of wasting his time and not caring that he was just trying to make a living. Sir, thats the nature of sales. People get estimates. He was such a jerk about it. I would never, ever invite a salesperson from this company into to my home again knowing what manipulative sales tactics they use. It scared me to see him get so angry so fast. I wanted him out of my home as quickly as possible. Both my children were in the room as well. Totally unprofessional.

The company takes care of it's customers both new and existing. Installation was quick and professional.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is a joke. We had a guy come out and give us a quote. He assured us that the gutters were the highest quality out there. We thought the gutter were pricey, but decided to go with them because they assured a warranty and the best quality. Boy were they lying to us. Gutters broke within a few months. I called to get them fixed and a guy came out and didnt have parts to fix it so said he would get back to me. After two more months of waiting, and not hearing back, I called and was told I would have to pay for the repairs. I had the gutters for three months before they broke. And I have to pay because they sold me a piece of garbage. Wow. I am so upset at this company and purchase. I cant believe how they took advantage of us and told us there was a lifetime on the gutters without disclosing that the warranty is only on the filter if it is installed correctly. Dont be shady with people. I asked the salesman various times and assured me that there was a warranty on the gutters. Anyone thinking of going with leaf filter, think again. You will be very disappointed with them and will wish for the rest of your life that you went with a different company.
