Rich and dawn both are very helpful and have amazing customer service supper patient and let me hit dozens of clubs and shafts to make sure I got the right club for me.

Richard the PGA instructor was a real Richard if you know what I mean. Came in to swing some pre owned clubs and couldnt find help for a while, no one else in the store btw finally asked a kid behind the counter who was very nice and helped me get a bay. Richard then asked me to get off. For what reason? I have no idea. People like Richard apparently dont like to sell golf clubs smh.

Came in today and needed help with a replacement To a club that got damaged. The guy that helped me. I think his name was Matheus and he was awesome and it was. Super smooth going through the process with him. Great people that work here.

Tricked into paying for a custom fitting. Mattias i believe was his name didnt seem to give a chit about my time or anything. Rushed thru fitting. Total waste of my money. Should have just went to pga superstore 1st instead of 2nd.

I had a great experience today when I went in to pick up some golf balls I ordered online. John was super helpful and even gave me my military discount without me having to ask. Richard in the back replaced a putter grip for me and was able to save the leather grip that was on the club. I had been to a couple of other golf stores to have the leather grip taken off in hopes of saving it and no one else would even try saying that they didn't think they could do it Richard was able to it.I am definitely going to go back to the store for any more of my golf needs and will be telling my friends about my great experience.
