Richard Luce has been our contractor on several projects at our home, including a remodel of our entire main floor with new kitchen, dining room, family room and living room, a basement remodel, back deck rebuild and roof, and front porch rebuild. Richard has been our contractor for a1600 foot apartment addition to our existing home. He has been so good to work with! In particular, I appreciate his attention not only to detail, but making sure things are done correctly and up to his higher-than-industry standards. He takes my calls, and is thorough in responding to my questions, making sure I understand each step. Working with him and his subs has been a really good experience. I would easily recommend him to anyone.
