Sent in payment via online pay, get bill saying we didnt pay the bill. Bank shows that it cleared. This is the second time this has happened.

I have never had a more difficult time in my life giving money away dominion energy has the worse payment process I have ever encountered. They do not pick up the phone when you call them to process the payment. Their website is a giant loop that does not allow you to make a payment and on top of all of that they charge a fee to make the payment. I was trying to make a payment with them for 2 hours before just giving up. If they were not the only gas company in Utah I would switch asap. Very unimpressed and disappointed with this company.

I smelled gas in my kitchen, called Dominion Energy to find out who I should called to see if there was a leak. They sent someone out within the hour, found the valve behind the gas stove was leaking and fixed it immediately.

It is completely impossible to reach them. Their customer service phone number always says "all circuits are busy now" and hangs up. This is day after day after day. How does one get through to them Why can a public utility get away with this. It is the middle of winter and bill needs to be paid.
