Martin Factory Sales

Our tenant was having issues with the garage door opener. She called Martin Factory Sales to check it out. They charged her $75 to look at it (I've never been charged to have someone look at a garage door or give me a quote), and then told her she needed a new motor. With parts and labor the quote totaled $650. We went to check it out before proceeding. The "Remote Opener Lock" on the panel was switched on. We switched it off and the garage door works fine. These folks are either 1) only interested in pushing sales or 2) lack knowledge/training on garage doors, their core business. I will be avoiding this business in the future, and would recommend the same for anyone reading this.

If you train your employees to install garage doors the same way you train them to drive company vehicles, I feel extremely bad for all your customers. Reckless and irresponsible.

As the Sales Manager for a local garage door dealer, these guys are great. Scott Hunstman and Clarke Steffes are who I work with most and they are constantly on point when I have questions. If I have a customer who is interested in doors from Martin, they are always willing to help in any way they can. They are even willing to have meet a customer at their show room if I am unable to make it. Their doors are of great quality and they have some great designs. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a quality door to check our Martin.
