Received damaged product, no customer service on the phone, they only provide email and no response yet. Very disappointing because I need to order Additional items to match what I already have and don't want to do that now. I did receive a email. I will update my review when I receive the replacements of damaged product. I am hopeful that I will receive replacements but have no confirmation of them being sent or the damaged product being picked up. I had ordered the Barcelo loungers last year from Nebraska furniture mart and had no issues.

Worst customer service ever. They don't allow you to talk to a person and can only communicate through emails which they don't return. I am still waiting from 3 weeks ago!

The customer service at this company is awful! They do not answer the phone. They only respond via emailif they respond. I had ordered a patio set in May. It arrived at the shipping company damaged. I initial declined the shipment but customer service told me to accept it and they would send the damaged parts later. I arranged for the shipment to be delivered but it never came. Tried to call RST but as usual no one answered. I contacted the freight company and was told they sent it back and they would ship a new unit (based on instructions from Costco) I am not sure what connection there is between the companies. To date I have not heard from anyone regarding my order. Very poor customer service!

Terrible communication and customer service. Took payment for a product and said they were shipping. Took 3 emails and numerous unanswered phone calls to find out they weren't sending it and I had to ask for my money back
