Missed their appointment to deliver today. When I called to get more information, the agent couldn't tell me when it would arrive and that it possibly won't arrive until next week (I learned my package is not even in my state). HORRIBLE logistics company. Absolutely terrible customer experience. Do not work with them if you can help it.

My shippment has delayed three times, and their repsentative is full of lies, everytime you call them to ask the status of order, they will tell you they just received the item yestersday, that is why it has delayed.

They are 2 hours away from me and missed my delivery I scheduled with them. They never called or emailed then when I call after they missed a 4 hour window they said it was in the wrong office in salt lake and they won't be able to deliver this week, that was on Monday and its 2 hours away.

They say they will deliver within 7 days and its now been 3 weeks and they still have no estimated date. When I called and asked what was going on I was told I would be called when they had an update and hung up on. I dont know how this company is in business
