We used this place a few times before and they were fine. But this time, for my birthday on April 3rd 2024, my son ordered an arrangement that looked spent when it arrived. The roses were already discolored and some of the blue flowers ( sorry no idea what they are called ) were so dry already that they were all closed up and brownish. Some leaves were broken. I told my son to complain but he is too nice, so I am now giving a bad review. The blue flowers started losing petals the next day. I watered in case that was the problem, but every day they were looking really sad a losing more petals. I am looking at them right now (5 days after delivery and all looking pretty bad) and wondering how much he spent for this. I told him not to use this place any longer. This was unacceptable. Update: the owner has contacted me and replaced the arrangement. I changed my review to 5 stars from the initial review. Happy now.

I have been using Hillside floral for somewhere around 20 to 30 years. I used to live in the area and my mom still does. Today I used their new text service and was able to work directly with the florist. I got exactly what I wanted within my price range and they delivered it to my mom the same day. They have always had exceptional service, but today even more so. Their quality is second to none and I should mention they also did some beautiful work for my fathers funeral in 2015. I hope they never leave.

Hillside Floral is THE BEST! I call, explain what I want, and they always deliver! The most stunning arrangement everytime! I love this place and you wont ever regret it.
