        Absolutely awful company. Installers did a joke of a job. Dropped off someone at our home that had a language barrier. Didnt get picked up till 11 p.m. stairs still unfinished

        We decided to try empire since we have a hard time choosing a color at the store. I made appt. on line. Patrick the sales rep was very well informed with the procedure from start to finish. We picked a color in the room to be installed. The installation went well. There was a mix up with a a floor transition not being on the work order. Bryan the supervisor showed up the next day and brought some out. The installer showed up in a few days and it was fixed. We are very happy with the service and our new carpet looks great.
