Theres something wrong with the people that are owners or etc because they seem to only want employees to work 20-25 hours when in this time or phase of 2023 with that amount hours you cant survive and specially more when u have a family to feed. They cant even offer you insurance because of the hours your provided with , if they have new owner or etc its seems to me that they dont know nothing about the business and how to take care of there employees and specially more about the hospitality business. Thats just sad.
