Have gone through courses in person multiple times as well as subscribed to paid-for content over many years. Learned some incredibly useful information but not everything taught has been benign. Their delving into crypto showed incredibly poor vetting and comprehension of business, technology, macrotrends, and disturbing lack of common sense.

We signed up for the Wealth Factory last year really hoping to learn more about how to grow wealth. We had been referred by a colleague. We promptly provided copious amounts of financial information and documentation, and expected that we were going to start working deliberately on a concrete financial plan. We attended 8 meetings (even booked them out months ahead). We watched some of the videos from the library (they largely seemed put together at the last moment), met with the included CPA, and the recommended student loan person. I cannot say there was a single thing that we learned from this program that we paid FIVE FIGURES for that has helped us. We did not seem to work at all on developing a financial plan in any structured manner (certainly not "architecture"). At that point, we sort of gave up and felt locked in a contract with no recourse and no one we felt we could contact at the company. The tax strategist did not see anything to add to our strategy (that's okay, not everything will be a hit- but we did tell them we had a tax strategist when we onboarded and wanted assurance we would get value elsewhere). The recommended student loan company pushed the envelope so far we felt ethically uncomfortable with what they did and undid it. While the coach we had was nice, there was not a single thing that we learned from our meetings with him that was financially useful to us- we kept hoping it would get better, we would work on an actually plan or concrete tools for building wealth, but we did not. There was no novel financial strategy provided and we were not building on anything. We really wanted to approach this as an investment with an abundance mindset, and we are sorely disappointed with the result. My wife expressed our concerns to the company and asked them to make things right by us and they declined- they said would contact us within 48 hours and they did not. She contacted them again and they offered a call with someone- we had that call, she expressed her dissatisfaction again and they said they would get back to her- she waited 10 days for a response and when she e-mailed that person back, they had no recollection of our previous conversation. We have no problem spending $$$ on professional services, but this was a 100% waste, and a significant one at that. I wish I never instilled any trust in this company and almost feel sick when I think about it.
