The whole experience has been horrible. I go into the store to order the bag and have it sent to the store because I was trying to avoid having problems with this process. It eventually says it's delivered I go in and no one can find it. The store manager in a nutshell tells me I'm out of luck and I need to contact customer support. I contact support they clearly don't care to hear what happened. They open a claim, I call back next week and they say they're gonna refund me... but I went into the store and paid cash so all she could do is send me a gift card so I can start this horrible process over. So I order the same bag again but I do it myself and have it shipped to my house so it doesn't go "missing" this time but I paid for next day shipping because I want to return the bag I got my wife for Christmas and I'm running out of time to do so. Next day shipping and when is the delivery date? A week from purchase date... I've been out $650 for almost a month now no interest paid and I still don't have the bag... this is my first time ever leaving a bad review. Will not be giving Michael kors any more of my money.
