Indian owners ! Indian staff. Roaches everywhere. Incredibly dishonest staff. They will charge your card for things that youre unaware of. Avoid this place.

Why wouldn't you hire professionals to do your remodeling? The remodeled rooms were obviously done by amateurs and very poorly done, and to the point where it impacted the quality of the rooms. The base of the toilet leaked constantly all over the floor. The door was cut too small and let a ton of light in during the night. The light switches were painted over, and cupboards were askew. Don't be deceived by the nice-looking lobby... Once you turn the corner, it's like you've entered "The Shining." The carpets in the hallway were disgusting. I also paid for a king room and was given a queen. The only plus was that despite being the wrong sized bed, the bed was comfortable and clean. I would never stay here again. Had they invested a bit more money on professional remodeling, they'd be an okay place. Oh, well. I just needed a place to crash for a few hours before my flight. I'll go elsewhere next time.

The staff is very rude and disrespectful, work on your customer service or maybe get a different job if you guys don't like what you do....simple as that!! Horrible horrible
