They lost my shirts. I've had to stop by 3 times and it still isn't resolved. Employee on my last visit, "shirts get lost all the time." Don't go here unless you want them to lose your shirts.

Edit: we appreciate the attention and courtesy to our concern. The owner brought our garment to us the day we wrote the negative review. It was much much appreciated. They take care of their customers here. Weve been here twice and each time our garment has been delayed several weeks. I would love to change this review as the staff is very nice and whatnot but once weve had to go without for a special event because of the delay. I hate giving bad reviews, but this is just too habitual. Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Took some white dress shirts in along with 2 suits at the location off Wasatch Blvd in Salt Lake. Carrie was super friendly, genuine, and I really enjoyed our interaction. Excellent customer service. That's what matters most to me. I love how I can track the progress of my cloths. I left feeling confident I was being taken care of and my cloths would be taken care of. The suits aren't cheap and they looked flawless when I got them back. The turnaround time was great. And when I picked my clothes up I met Sherri who continued the genuine service. More places should adopt the kind of service they provided me. Thank you again ladies, I appreciate you both, I'll be back soon. Definitely earned me as a continuing customer. -Austin

This incredible dry cleaner does the impossible on a regular basis! Im amazed when I pick up a new-looking, fresh, clean, waterproofed, ski jacket when I dropped off a well-used, soiled, and often-greasy ski jacket. Im grateful for the fast, excellent service, the friendly staff, and the wonderful results! Service: Alterations
