I brought in a brand new bespoke suit to be dry cleaned that I had worn once. They melted, burned, and stained it. I tried multiple times to get in touch with a manager there, both in person and via phone. I left a callback number and never heard from them. They don't care about customers and will destroy your items.

This organization lost my lab coat, and will not be accountable for reimbursement. They need to come up with a better protocol for handling of peoples personal items, and whoever is doing their bookkeeping should be replaced. I was informed that they take note of names on their tickets, but that they don't have a ticket for me. My name was indeed inside. They still will do nothing.
