My mom went here to get help with hypothyroidism and other hormonal issues. This doctor met with her twice, and prescribed her medications that were helping her feel much better. They were supposed to get back to her after they sent out blood work. She tried to contact them 3 times (!!!) over a month to figure out if they had gotten the results and figure out how to refill her medications. Its been 3 months and still hasnt heard from them. Meanwhile, she was forced to cold-turkey the medications and scramble to find a new provider to fit her unique situation. Her hormones went haywire and she had to take 2 weeks off work because her moods were all over the place and couldnt function. Unethical and shameful, to say the least.

This place has been great until today. I get ozone IVs here for long Covid. I know I pay every time I come, because its expensive, I have to budget for it every time. Today I was told I had a negative balance from 04/2022. I never came here in the beginning of 2022. Then says it was from my first visit there - which I already paid. I pay every time I go. Then she said its actually 2023. Well why didnt I have a negative balance the times I came between now and back then? Lady up front said she was new. I asked if she can have her boss (I guess Michelle) call me to figure out the confusion because Im not wanting to double pay. She said, she does the billing, I think she knows what she doing. Yeah, thats why it went from 2022 to my first visit there, then magically, to 2023. She also argued that she has to call patients all the time because they forgot to pay. First off, I know youre new so thats a lie - and why didnt I ever get a call then two months ago? I asked if I could talk to her manager via phone sometime before I pay - she made me pay and I told her Ill just never come back here then. Talk about customer service. What a joke Yeah, like people sometimes dont make mistakes? Everyone else has been great, but this left a bad enough taste in my mouth for a 1 star. Will be looking for other places that do this at. They responded about having to keep financial records. If you kept up with them this wouldnt have happened. Its also about the way the front desk handles it. Because your family owned doesnt mean you dont have to be professional let alone reasonable.
