I have worked for and have only ever lived at Greystar properties. The company has amazing health benefits and time off and has great core values. Highly recommend

This place deserves zero stars for the way it preys on people who cant afford higher rental prices. Speaking on behalf of my friend who didnt even apply here and got sent to collections for 250.00, but cant fight it due to fine print. Dont even APPLY here, guys. If you cant already tell from the many comments, this company only profits off of giving you unknown and unnecessary charges, that you have no choice but to pay. It shouldnt take an advanced law degree to rent from someone- and I doubt that lawyers agree with their con methods of doing business, too. If we all had enough money to take Grey Star to court, I'm sure theyd be screwed. But then again, thats why they prey on the poorer lower class. (Also, dont buy any of the recent five star reviews, I doubt theyre real.) Companies like this are what make it so hard for struggling people to survive and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
