Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional I get that they deal with a lot but thats not an excuse to treat everyone like dirt. Also they are supposed to be open 24 hours but they lock up the store multiple times a day, randomly and for hours. The short Indian cashier with glasses is especially disrespectful he refused to sell me my drink because I was paying with a 20 and didnt want to give me change so someone else gave me change and I came back to buy my drink and still refused to sell it to me even with exact change. I really liked the African cashier but I havent seen him lately but he made the store 100% better too bad hes gone. And they still have been closing the store randomly for hours at a time but every other 7/11 in the area is always open

The worse costumer service I have ever witnessed in a 711 workers have no manners and very disrespectful and when you kindly tell them to use their manners like saying excuse me instead of running me over with their bike inside the store and then kicking me out after I asked him to just say excuse me or please move instead of running his bike into me then telling me to move!!! I should call the police for assault and sue 711 for him running me over with his bike!!!! This store really needs there staff to take a training on how to treat customers cause NOT ONE OF THEM ARE nice or polite and any little thing gets you kicked out even when the costumers are being nice and polite!!! I am talking with a lawyer about the assault I endered when the employee run his bike into me!!!

Worst customer service for s 7Elleven Dirty store No fresh coffee, 3:30pm and all coffees there were cold! This store is a disgrace for 7Elleven name!
