*Update 2024* When applying here be mindful of the Assistant Manager (Teijzia Bautista) and the Store Manager (Alix) Assistant Manager will give you a job on the spot and NEVER call you or communicate with you regarding your job offer and tell a store associate who is in high school who you do not know to let you know that you are not going to be hiring you after all. Very unprofessional and very tasteless for these people representing the brand of Old Navy. New job comers beware. This is something that will make some folks feel discouraged in their new job endeavors. * 2017* Store is semi clean.Staff was rude.Cashier gave me a coupon before completing my transaction and didn't say a word about what it was or when to use it.People walk into this store to spend money the least they can do is pretend to like their jobs and like helping people.Wont get over an employee telling my daughter he is busy helping a customer already when she asked a question for me in regards to a pair of sandals.

We had nasty service. What is allowed these days. First off our cashier was wearing pajamas, thats seems weird. I have always been allowed to price match items from online if they are the same color and size. I have had many items price match at this location. When i asked why they couldn't be price match, her excuse was it depends on what location. Thats odd. No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help. I have worked at old navy and i know thats not the service they want their employees showing to customers. They are paid to do a job and apparently cant do what is expected of them.

I worked for Old Navy for 13 years. This was the first store I worked at. Unfortunately it seems like everything changed. Nobody said Hi, the store was a mess. But I still love Old Navy.
