This past weekend, my order wasn't successfully delivered and although doordash offered to re-deliver my order it was pass 1030pm so went ahead and proceeded with a refund. The next morning, the store manager contacted me apologizing for the delivery mistake and offered to process my refund directly from the store rather than with doordash (which could've taken up to two weeks with doordash). He went above and beyond with the service although as I told him I was completely aware that the store was not at fault rather it was a complete mistake from the doordash delivery driver. Good service should always be recognized!

The chicken sandwich that I ordered was good and the employees were working hard, but the customer service was awful. If I didnt know any better I would have thought that the register girl hated my guts the girls in the back looked miserable, too. It makes me wonder if they are being treated well.

I got here 8 minutes after my pickup time. All my food is cold. I know it stays hot longer than 8 minutes. Edit: Gave them another chance. Ordered on doordash. Not only did they give me cold food. It wasn't even my order. It's almost impressive how bad this place is.
