Worst payroll company Ive experienced in 30 years. Theyre not even familiar with labor comission laws. If you want angry employees every payroll choose them

I would do no business with this company I had a check from a previous employer that I never received and called many times and was given the run around over and over then 2 years later I get a letter about the same check and to fill out a paper to get a new one that was 4 months ago and the number on the letter the voicemail is full and have emailed 6 times and no response with an update save your self the trouble and find another company

We have been trying to amend some tax documents for a month now. My payroll person has tried every avenue of contacting someone for help and she is told they cant help or they yell at her until she is in tears; this is after shes waited a minimum of 40 minutes on hold on each call. We changed to ADP because we were promised individualized assistance. That is not at all what we are getting. Looking for a new company immediately!

I worked for ADP from 2005-2010, AND 2011-2015. However, I was laid off not once, but twice. When I started in 2005 I loved it. High morale. Great opportunity for movement. Great people to work with. As I write this it is mid January 2020. This means Open Enrollment has completed, and layoffs will begin. ANYONE who has been through an Open Enrollment can appreciate the horrible timing for layoffs this is....as if layoffs were ever good timing. It is a shame how many people have already been laid off and will be laid off. Too many jobs being sent overseas and high attrition have doomed this once great company.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! They have a strong sale department. If you call your "local rep" you can get right to them. Heaven forbid you have a question about your payroll. Wether it's a question on a IRS paper you got or anything about your payroll that isn't about sales. The "local rep" can help at all unless your are referring someone. They tell you to call the customer service line. I waited for 5 hours for someone to call me back. When they finally did it was still the automated system and then I got disconnected.
