Businesses improve by getting reviews from their customers, but Victoria Cramer threatens to sue her customers if they leave a negative review when they're uncomfortable with her service!

Working with Victoria has been a God sent. She is the most compassionate and dedicated Lawyer I have met who cares about her clients and their troubles. Even when I havent understood why the legal system works and doesnt work she has taken the time and has had the patience to explain things several times to me. My family and I will always be grateful for her help and I highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with complex legal issues. She does not shy away from a challenge, but advocates for her clients as if they were her own family.

I have to retract my last review. I would not waste my money on services rendered from Victoria Cramer. I believe she is was not honest with billing and the rate charged. I dont not believe she took care of the case appropriately. I cannot see successful or fair outcomes as her priority, I believe she only wants money. Go with an attorney that is more competent such as Cordell & Cordell. Same price with better representation for your family matters. Victoria is 5 star perfect. All the bad reviews are her competitors trying to pull her down, as she told me. All negative reviews had similar experience as me. Charging me 3 hrs for copying and pasting an email to another email. Many invoices that were similar. To add more I am getting a refund from the special master who had a higher rate and more information to go through over 7 months plus. Zero stars would be recommended.

She gave me a $10 refund lol.
Still less than zero star worthy in opinion. Do not waste your money.

Sometimes people have a buyers remorse. They agree to one thing and and then feel they deserve more. I am always honest in what I advise . In this case the client went through a mediation and I got a special master appointed for him. The special master ruled against him. Special master is an independent person. So is the mediator. In light of these facts it was not possible to obtain more than what I believed could be obtained. All the billing disputes were resolved and settled and never been a problem with this client. His case has been closed several months ago. Sometimes one just does not have enough facts to turn the case their way. By the way , the law firm has to refund any amount unearned. Even if it’s $10.
