Bridal Brilliance Rentals

One of the worst experiences ever. I would warn any bride against this place. It wasnt until DAY OF THR WEDDING that my sister found out none of the alterations that were promised were made. (Breast padding was not done properly and Zip clasps that were promised to be added never were) when we returned the dress they didnt even apologize or do anything to right the wrong. Because people were behind me, I was rushed out the door and left completely speechless. If you want a dress to fit well go literally anywhere else that will actually do what they promise.

My sister was excited to go dress shopping, and had booked an appointment with Bridal Brilliance on a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived, we were met by an attendant who after checking in and initial greetings, simply looked at my sister and said you look like a size 6 after my sister informed her that shes typically a 2/4. The attendant proceeded to tell her that this extremely small area on the rack was all they had for size 6. We disregarded her observation and grabbed size 2 and 4s to try on (spoiler, the size 2 fit). Then we were brought back to their dressing rooms that was PACKED with two other brides and their parties. My sister was put into a dressing room alone, the attendant leaving her to her own devices, and told the rest of our party to go to the mirror up front, which was Just a mirror in the front entry way containing no side mirrors or pedestal. Our party had to wait in a crowded lobby with other guests with no seating, while people checked in and out, and came and went. Went my sister would come out in a dress, the attendant was entirely unhelpful. She stood there like a warm body while the members of our party adjusted the dress train, or pulled in the waist of the dress to simulate a better fit (when typically the attendant would have clips to secure that). We felt extremely shoved to the side during the entire experience and it was definitely A let down for our bride to be as she was expecting a private, catered and special experience. Im not sure why we bothered making an appointment when they clearly are unable to accommodate their appointment book. If you dont care about having an experience, then I guess this is the place for you. If youre wanting a real dress shopping experience with champagne glasses and helpful attendance, I would look elsewhere!
