        Alex, Josh, and Tami are phenomenal people to work with. Very educated and well versed in the e-bike field. They will help you literally understand the bike from the ground up. They made it more exciting and more of an experience than just walking in and buying a bike. SO EXCITED to ride our Rad bikes!

        Great service. Came in with a battery that wasnt working and they fixed it while I was in the shop at no charge.

        Our radexpand 5 was having issues, so we got an appointment. They let us bring it in a day earlier and we had it back within a couple of hours. Jacob was the best, if I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend. We love our rad bikes.
