I have never been more satisfied with a haircut experience before in my life! I got my hair done by Madison and I couldnt be happier. I had gone to two different salons within a month and both of them ruined my hair. I found Landis and fell in love with Madisons work. I will definitely be coming back in the future

Madi has been so fantastic with my hair. She is so good at cutting - my layers are amazing. She gets my color so good every time too. Love it here.

I paid a lot of money for the service I should have gotten but that did not happen yesterday. I am not satisfied. I got the new girl who did not know what to do. I'm a good customer and tipped her any way but someone should be responsible for her work. The hand massage was not a hand massage it was like she shook my hand in slow motion. I woke up with paint behind my neck and on my pillow case. I am observing and realized that. What I told her I wanted was not what she did. The product she used was not even enough. And she blow dried my hair with her fingers and burned my head by blowing it to close. I can't believe it. I want someone to make this right. I bought products here to. And money was not the issue. But someone needs to be responsible for what she did not provide and the so called service. She said she had to hurry for her next appointment well she took my time to because she was late to take me to. So why is this my fault? I paid money for my time here! I showed her a video and she said oh yeah I can do this. We just did this haircut recently. She tells me I didn't have to cut it very much. Because I told her that I tried cutting my hair at home. I came in for a haircut. That did not happen she snipped my hair. And left the hair die in to long. I feel terrible. My head my skin is died. And she is trying to cover it up with my hair. Like I'm not going to notice. I could have died my own hair at home and made this mess. I came in for a service to be pampered and got the girl who got a chance to practice on me. I am so upset.
