4 Wheel Parts-Off Road Truck & Jeep 4x4 Parts

Ben was condescending, rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him when I called to get pricing for rear bags and a Warn winch to be installed on my 2022 F350 Platinum. This store's customer service has deteriorated over the last year. In 2021 I spent over $17,000 at 4WP building my Jeep. There are too many good shops in SLC to deal with 4WP. Its too bad, they used to be good when Ryan and the others managed the location.

The first time I went to these guys they helped me out I go there now for a simple parts for my runner oard DON'T listen looks up a different part and willing to pay for those two parts I'll go but limited on going to them

I've been using 4wp for years now. I won't go anywhere else. They keep to a schedule and do what they say. That is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them for all your off road needs

I have been unable to work with customer service through the 4WP website. I have tried multiple times to sit on hold for a rep, but have been disconnected after a one hour wait on two separate occasions. I was able to get help tracking a package after working with Cole the manager of the SLC store. He took care of me and I appreciate his dedication to customer satisfaction. Thanks Cole.
