We been here for a month my wife and I, we love the place the maintenance is great,very clean, management very friendly we recommend this place.

Cathrine the manager kick me out of my handicap parking spot that I paid 95.00 month. So she could park there. I couldnt park there or anywhere but street parking. I still had to pay 95.00 a month for parking. I paid that for five months. I couldnt talk to her because she told me never talk to her again. Because of her constant harassment I was forced to move. Cause nobody wants to be miserable I was a good tenant I was quite clean and paid my rent on time for three years. So when I moved she started parking in the handicap. Their at least 50 or more people that are handicap living their. Shes not handicap. Well the police gave her a ticket. Because you cant do that even on private property. Dont forget they get the internet free and they charge the low income people sixty dollars a month. Then Cathrine shut off the internet in the common room. So these seniors have no way to email or talk to people. They just cant walk to the library. Thats Catherine way of punishment. I wouldnt do this to my mother or anyone. It would be an excellent place to live if they would get rid of the management company EMG =

A very nice place to live, close to downtown yet relatively quiet. The building itself is topnotch, clean, efficient and so well built that you hardly ever hear the neighbors.The building manager, Catherine, is great to work with. She's prompt, fair and super efficient. Highly recommended.

I was the first resident to move in when Casa Milagros first opened in September 2020. I love my one bedroom apartment, very spacious with a huge kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom is wonderful, largest one I have ever had. This is a good place to meet friends since we are all seniors. Very close to shopping, dining and entertainment. I highly recommend this facility.

I am a third year resident of the Complex and Manager consistency, Tally and (current) Mgr Catherine make situations simple and handle them professionally. Residents are diverse, openly friendly, and respectful.The grounds are small, but well-maintained, and landscaped for water conservation. Since I reside in a manual wchair, it's been hectic to maneuver through sidewalks blocked by adjacent additions, but progressing. I reside in a nice 2 bedroom on higher level,Mt.Olympus view a plus. Nicely done, no problem areas and nicely arranged. Muy Bueno
